This thematic evaluation was prepared on behalf of the Belgian Government (DGOS) with a view to evaluate whether the Belgian cooperation contributes to improving comprehensive quality health care that is accessible, adequate and equitable. The evaluation also assessed the relevance of the Belgian health strategy note and how well the Belgian cooperation in health is in line with this policy document. The evaluation covered 48 projects in 6 countries and included all aid channels (bilateral, multilateral, NGO's, universities, etc.)
HERA undertook a Regional Assessment of Patent & Related Issues and Access to Medicines on behalf of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
