Identification and Formulation

Identification and formulation is the generation of the initial project idea and preliminary design. HERA has identified or formulated more than 150 health projects and programmes in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, Oceania and the Middle East on behalf of the AFD, AsDB, BTC, Danida, DFID, EC, IFAD, Lux-Dev, UNDP and several international NGOs.
