Narrative description of project:
In order to ensure that the information used for the Regional Resource Mobilisation Strategy 2013-2015 is comprehensive and up-to-date, the Plan West Africa Regional Office asked hera to revise the regional donor and competitor scan from 2011, so that most recent changes in internal and external dynamics would be captured. We collected information through two questionnaires: one completed by eleven Plan Country Offices in West Africa, and the other by nine Plan National Organisations.
