Narrative description of project:

The FORDES Programme was implemented within the framework of the bilateral cooperation between the government of Belgium and the government of Bolivia. This program entailed multi-level health management interventions at national, regional, municipal and local level; and was focused in nine specific areas and in 39 municipalities.
The overall objective of the programme was to improve the health conditions of the people living in those communities.
