Narrative description of project:

The objective of this mission is twofold:
- the evaluation of the support programme of Memisa to the district of Mibilizi
- the preparation of a 3 year programme including the support to the districts of Mibilizi and Kibogora.

Description of services provided:

External Evaluation of the District Support Programme of Mibilizi (Memisa Medicus Mundi).
The team did the evaluation of the support programme of Memisa, including questions regarding the objectives, indicators, budgets, needs of the population, the strategies, the coordination, etc. Recommendations were included in the report and formed the basis of the formulation of the fulltime three year programme. The team held a restitution meeting with the partners and the representatives in order to share the conclusions and recommendations.
