Narrative description of project:
The main objective of the review was to assess the project performance in the context of the MoH current policies, structures and systems at national, provincial, district, and facility level, and to provide guidance on changes as necessary. The review team also identified areas where the project was successful and where improvement should be made and provided recommendations for the remaining project period.
