Final evaluation of the “HIV/AIDS awareness creation at primary schools in seven districts of Tanzania” Project with the aim of a) assessing the pertinence and quality of the accomplished impact study, b) assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme (value-for-money), c) formulating recommendations for facilitating the collaboration between the MoEVT, MoHSW, PMO-RALG and TACAIDS in the field of HIV and AIDS, and d) identifying the barriers and enabling factors for the scaling up of the programme.
