Narrative description of project:

The German-Burundian cooperation envisages to define a new program in the area of reproductive and sexual health and rights. The German Financial Cooperation announced to allocate 5 million euro but a study has to show the feasibility, the relevance and sustainability of the 'performance-based financing' approach . This approach is proposed by the Burundi government as it is being implemented in the health sector across the country.
