Project name: “Elaboration of Plan West and Central Africa Thematic Framework for a Healthy Start in Life”.
Formulation of a 3-year strategic framework for Plan WARO health related work targeted to children under 5 years of age. Review of documentation and interviews to key informants, summarising past-work and lessons learn, up-date on health situation of children in the region, definition of objectives, indicators and key interventions. Proposal for monitoring and evaluation activities, plan of action and budget.
