Narrative description of project:
The mid-term evaluations concerned the following projects :
- Support to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, from September 2009, for 48 months;
- Support to the Ministry of Health, from June 2009, for 48 months.
The two projects are part of the Indicative Co-operation Programme, as negotiated between the 2 governments during the bilateral commission that took place in 2008.
