hera was hired to Support the Plan International CAR team to develop the Country Strategy (CS) 2017-2019 in line with Plan International guidelines.
Plan International CAR operates within a three-year approved mission which began April 2014, focussing on the humainitarian needs resulting from the esalating crisis. In 2016, Plan International CAR is preparing for the recovery phase needs which requires the development of a new strategy to align with the changing environment. A road map on the future programmes to guide top management/board decision regarding the future of Plan International operations in CAR was needed.
