Narrative description of project:
This mission had two principal objectives:
-collect data, verify the results and analyse the constraints to establish the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of available resources in the framework of the implementation of the 7th framework-plan;
-provide an organisational analysis of the existing organogram of the administrative procedures, the management tools of the participation of the population in order to establish the effectiveness in the health programme of the BELACD of Pala.
Description of services provided:
The expert implemented the evaluation, in particular the review of the results, the achievement of activities and the management of the health programme. In a second phase the expert provided recommendations and conclusions regarding the actions to be implemented when elaborating the next triennial plan.
