Narrative description of project:

The principal objective of PATS II is to maintain and to reinforce the access and quality level of the health services as obtained within the PATS I program in the 3 geographical regions.

This mid-term evaluation aimed at analyzing the coherence of the program with respect to the context, the institutional framework and the constraints of the health sector in DRC and at assessing the work and planning modalities of the program.

Description of services provided:

Analysis (based on the evaluation methodology of the EC) of:

The coherence and realism of the conception and planning of the project;
The functioning of the project;

The institutional framework.

Evaluation of the efficiency and impact of the projects on the health system and services.
