Narrative description of project:
In the context of the framework contract for the MTR and final evaluation mission that the hera/AEDES consortium implement on behalf of BTC, in February 2014 , the team of hera/AEDES has done a MTR of PAGOSAN and PAODES to Senegal.
The objective of the project is:
- For PAGOSAN : Contribute to the improvement of the governance of the health sector, the fourth sector objective of the PNDS 2009-2018
- For PAODES : The population of Diourbel, Fatick, Kaffrine, Kaolack and Thies regions has equitable access to quality health care and a good level of social protection.
The goals of the MTR were to evaluate the existing achievements through the analysis of conventional evaluation criteria used by the BTC, to answer a number of specific questions and finally make recommendations for the second part of the project.
