Narrative description of project:

The objective of the initiative was to review the health service delivery at district level with a focus on major overall achievements, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities and compare this with the results of the district health services review of 2003, as part of the annual SWAp review. This assisted with the preparation the Main Annual SWAp Review Report.
