Narrative description of project:
The overall objective of the study was to identify funding needs and studies in the health sector in Côte d'Ivoire, the demands made by the national authorities in this field and the answers given by the Technical Partners and financial (TFP). More specifically, the study should (1) present the situation of the health sector, (2) develop a description and assessment of interventions technical and financial partners (TFP) and the activities of other stakeholders, (3) present a summary of the actions of the French cooperation in the health sector, (4) identify and prioritize research needs to strengthen the public sector, private sector, non-profit or for-profit private sector, (5) identify priority areas likely benefit from funding from the French Agency for Development (AFD) in the C2D (debt contract development), (6) provide major project interventions corresponding to the identified priority areas and meeting the framework and modalities Action AFD, (7) assess the specific risks and elements of fragility related to the implementation of operations in the health sector.
