Narrative description of project:
The Central Medical Stores-Sudan (CMS) mission is to ensure access to quality essential medicines and commodities at all times. On request by the CMS management a hera team of two international consultants reviewed CMS in April 2012 with the objective of providing direction for changes which will lead to more efficiency and cost effectiveness and will sustain the CMS. The evaluation focused on the way forward in addressing the weaknesses and threats found, consolidating strengths and identifying opportunities.
