Narrative description of project:
The purpose of the training course was to strengthening the general management skills of the State Medical Supply Funds.
At the end of the training participants will be able to apply efficient accounting skills and supply chain mechanisms and run a Central Medical Store according to the principles of effective management using appropriate leadership and teambuilding skills.
