Narrative description of project:

This is a project extension for project titled: Assistance with 'special audits' of Humanitarian Procurement Centres

KPMG had a Framework Service Contract with the European Commission’s Directorate General for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (DG ECHO) to provide audit support services. hera was subcontracted by KPMG to provide ‘pharmaceutical audits’ of Humanitarian Procurement Centres (HPC). HPCs are ECHO approved procurement centres that provide goods in emergency situations.
