Narrative description of project:

Cordaid has identified a prospective partner, who is interested in supporting the faith-based 'nursing and midwifery' training colleges in Ghana with equipment and teaching material. To take a well-informed decision on this new business venture, a needs assessment was deemed necessary. hera was tasked to conduct a situation analysis and come up with an expert advice on the way to proceed.

Description of services provided:

- Analysis of mandate, role and functions of the faith-based training sector in Ghana
- Development of a questionnaire to assess main performance challenges of respective training schools and identification of equipment needs
- Report of main findings and recommendations
