Narrative description of project:

hera has been contracted by UNICEF-Mozambique to conduct an assessment of the procurement and supply chain of Nutrition Products. The main objective of this study is to assess the supply chain of nutrition products and some fast moving surgical items in terms of processes and systems, particularly the flow of products and information within the Mozambican public health system, in order to develop a plan for effective integration of these and other products that have been managed separately from the mainstream procurement and supply chain.
