Narrative description of project:

In the context of the DFID funded Family Planning project Swastha Ma Samatha in Nepal, the hera team’s objective was to build the capacity of the Family Health Division (FHD) and the Logistics Management Division (LMD) to enable the management of service contracts, quality standards, procurement and supply chain management. A specific contract was made to strengthen the capacity of the MOHP’s Family Health Division to ‘manage service contracts with private, NGO and civil society partners’.
