Narrative description of project:
USAID embarked on a three-step approach to assist the government of Haiti in developing a government owned Procurement Supply Management system. For the first step they had engaged Llamasoft, an American consultancy company, to develop an optimal storage and distribution system taking in to account future health product turnover in the public sector. During the second step the hera consultant developed the pharmaceutical technical and logistical specifications of a national pharmaceutical warehouse. The third step is that USAID architects will use these specifications to draw architectural plans.
