Narrative description of project:
As part of a GFATM Round 10 agreement, the South African Government was expected to implement a national warehouse to store a national ARV buffer stock for distribution to individual high volumes facilities in 8 of the 9 provinces (excl. Western Cape).
Description of services provided:
The consultant assisted the government in developing and evaluating the tender file to contract a third-party to manage the buffer stock and the distribution.
