Project scope of work is to provide the Bank's services with analytical descriptions of the major elements of the project 's business case.
Description of services provided:
- Description of investment issues and EIB risk exposure.
- Detailed description and analysis of the 'model of care' of the current hospital and nine local care units and the service model developed for the future hospital.
- Description and justification for locating all units on one central site.
- Explanation of approach to procurement taken by the promoter.
