Narrative description of project:
The main objective of the PAGH is (i) on the one hand to contribute to the improvement of the level of performance and the financial autonomisation of the hospitals involved, through the establishment of good practices in terms of financial management and in a sustainable and consistent way and (ii) on the other hand to improve the execution and follow-up by the Finances department of the operational budget (salaries excluded) and the management by the decentralized health administration.
Description of services provided:

  • Measurement of the results and the impact of the PAGH programme

  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the actions by the PAGH

  • Evaluation the actions of the technical assistance with respect to the organization and the performance of the services provided to the beneficiaries

  • Identify and evaluate the feasibility factors and the durability at the end of the project

  • Recommendations with respect to the observations made
