hera currently leads or is a consortium member for a number of ongoing framework contracts.

In June 2020, hera and the Nordic Consulting Group were awarded two frameworkcontracts with the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. The 2-year agreements focus on Universal Health Coverage (including health security and public health) (Portfolio A) and Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), harmful practice and LGBTI (Portfolio B). The framework agreements will contribute to increasing the knowledge base for the continued implementation of the Norwegian global health policy.

In May 2019, a consortium led by hera and including AEDES, Alter and OPM, operating as a Health Advisory Service (HAS), was awarded a three-year contract to support the Health Team of the European Commission's Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO). The HAS provides strategic advice in support of the EU - at Headquarters and with its Delegations worldwide - in planning and implementing health cooperation.

As a member of the HEART consortium - hera has held a framework contract with DFID since 2012 providing Expert Advisory Call Down Services (EACDS).

We are also consortium members for framework contracts with the European Commission since 2005 for consultancy services in the health sector (lot 8), with Danida since 2013 for technical assistance to identify, formulate, appraise and review development programmes and projects, with the World Bank since 2015 for Technical Assistance Support for Results-Based Financing (RBF) Implementation - (TASRI), with Swedish Sida since 2015 for a gender Helpdesk and with the World Food Programme for evaluation since 2017 with a long term agreement for the supply of evaluation services.
