Alice Peschiutta joined hera in 2017 as Project Officer.

Alice is responsible for the day to day management of consultancy assignments. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of project implementation; she liaises with clients and consultants to support and facilitate the relationship in all different stages of the project; she liaises with the consultants to follow up on the progress of the work and is also responsible for reviewing the final product before it is submitted to the client.

She contributes to finding new business opportunities and preparing technical and financial proposals for various donors. Alice is also responsible for selecting suitable consultants, conducting contract negotiations and making the contract arrangements.

Alice is also the project manager of the Health Advisory Services (HAS), providing technical support to DG DEVCO/HQ and EU Delegations in the implementation of their health aid policies and programmes.

Alice's previous experience lies in the cultural field. She has worked for over two years at an art gallery based in Brussels, where she organised exhibitions and events and promoted artists during international art fairs. Before moving to Belgium, she gained experience working as a cultural mediator at the Venice Biennale and as a press assistant for another art organisation. She also worked as a project assistant at a Centre for Research and Archiving of Photography.

Alice is fluent in Italian, French, English and Spanish.
